When I finished my time at Cars.com, I wanted to focus more deeply on the foundations that improve product quality, accessibility, and consistency. Pluralsight gave me the chance to return to that craft as a dedicated individual contributor.
I rebuilt Pluralsight’s design system from the ground up, making accessibility a core principle and establishing strong collaboration with engineering and product. I have led and maintained the system through organizational change, and more recently extended it with an AI layer: a Claude skill that encodes Pando’s components, tokens, and accessibility rules so Claude generates on-system output by default, alongside a Claude Code plus Figma MCP integration that generates editable Pando designs from a terminal prompt.
