When I finished my time at Cars.com, I wanted to focus more deeply on the foundations that improve product quality, accessibility, and consistency. I valued people management, but that systems work required dedicated individual contributor focus. Pluralsight gave me the chance to return to that craft.

From my first day, I was responsible for rebuilding Pluralsight’s design system from the ground up: shaping its early architecture, making accessibility a core principle, and establishing strong collaboration with engineering and product. More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI tooling can accelerate that work, from documentation to contributor workflows. The system is becoming a more shared effort, and that evolution remains exactly the kind of challenge I came here to take on.
